I placed an order for living room furniture and a dining room set on May 27th, apparently they did not have them in stock, so they said that they would have to get it from the warehouse.They said everything would be delivered within 4 weeks, could be sooner too.

Today it is July24th, the only thing they have to say is, the warehouse was closed down for vacation and that caused a halt in the production. The manager of the store personally called me saying the love seat and the sofa have arrived but the rest have not. Each time I call it is the same reason that I hear and that they have no estimated date yet. I asked them to deliver the sofa and love seat but they refuse to make a delivery twice since the dining room furniture will have to be delivered again.

They expect me to pay an extra charge for delivering my dining set although it is their fault of not having kept the promise of delivering on time.

I am totally frustrated with their service.
