The zippers don't work and I'm embarrassed to have the sofa in my house. I have no idea who to contact since none of the numbers work. Does anyone have a number that might help me reach someone?? |

Written by Susan L., on 11-04-2008 15:27 I also purchased a 3-piece leather sofa and the extended warranty, which included free cleaner and polisher for the life of the furniture and also replacement for the life of the furniture. However, now I am also out of luck with the closing of Sofa Express. They told me I could call the manufacturer, which I did and was told that I could buy the cleaner kit for $29.95. What a rip-off!!! |
